1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through the website https://rtacabinetsohio.com/ (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Products, Pricing, and Availability
2.1. Product Information and Visuals
We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, textures, or other product details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of error, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
Important Note on Cabinets: Due to natural variations in wood, stain lots, and manufacturing processes, minor variations in color, grain, and finish are common and are not considered defects.
2.2. Pricing and Order Acceptance
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are valid and effective only in the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
2.3. Site Errors
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
3. Payment, Orders, and Cancellations
3.1. Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: [List payment methods, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal]. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
3.2. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This email confirms that we have received your order request but does not signify our acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale will not take place until the products are shipped to you, and we send you a confirmation of shipment.
3.3. Order Cancellation
Due to the nature of RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) and pre-fabricated cabinet orders, processing begins immediately. Therefore, we offer a very limited window for cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Canceled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% to cover processing costs.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or once the 24-hour window has passed.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
4.1. Shipping and Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Delivery is only available to addresses within the contiguous United States.
4.2. Acceptance of Delivery (Inspection)
The risk of loss for ordered items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for thoroughly inspecting your delivery upon arrival.
If you notice any visible damage (e.g., forklift damage, severe crushing) to the packaging, you must document the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and immediately notify us.
If you refuse delivery due to damage, please document the refusal and notify us immediately.
4.3. Missing or Concealed Damage
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to RTA Cabinets Ohio within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage or missing items within this time frame may result in the denial of a claim.
5. Returns and Refund
Due to the nature of our products and the difficulty of repackaging and restocking RTA cabinetry, all sales are considered final except in the following situations:
5.1. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged (as per Section 4.3) or is proven to be defective, we will, at our sole discretion, either:
a. Ship replacement parts or a complete replacement product.
b. Offer a credit or refund for the value of the damaged item.
5.2. Restocking Fee
If an exception for a return is granted by RTA Cabinets Ohio (outside of damage/defect), the returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging, and you will be responsible for:

All return shipping costs.
The original shipping costs (which are non-refundable).
We will not accept returns for assembled cabinets, custom-painted cabinets, or any products that have been modified or installed.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on the Site, including the text, graphics, photos, and logos, is owned by or licensed to RTA Cabinets Ohio and is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not use any content from the Site without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will RTA Cabinets Ohio, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the one (1) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
